Shipping:

Bunnylicious Treats offers shipping to all states within Australia, except Western Australia.  All parcels are sent via Australia Post and shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout. 

Authority to Leave: If you are not home when Australia Post delivers your parcel, this option authorises the courier to leave your order in a safe place. If the courier deems that there is no safe place for your parcel to be left, they will redirect it to the nearest post office for you to collect.

Signature on Delivery: This shipping option requires you to be home to sign for your parcel, the courier will not leave this parcel on your premises. If you are not home at the time your parcel is out for delivery, it will be redirected to a post office for you to collect. 

Express: This option is the fastest shipping option, however this does not speed up our processing time. 

If your parcel has been taken to a post office for you to collect, will need to collect it within 14 days, otherwise it will be sent back to us and you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee.

Please check within your state to ensure that our hay based products will be accepted as we cannot be held liable and refunds will not be issued. 

 FREE SHIPPING discount code:

Occasionally we offer a free shipping discount code which can be used on orders over $100. When this discount code is active and able to be used, it will be displayed at the top of our website. If you choose to use this discount code, please note that your order will be shipped via standard post with authority to leave, not express post or signature on delivery. Express post or signature on delivery options will not be honoured when the free shipping discount code has been used, even if you click one of these option and enter the discount code at the checkout. If you prefer your order to be posted via express post or with a signature on delivery, you will need to select and pay for this option at the checkout without using the free shipping discount code. 

Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged in transit, please send photos of your order, along with order number to info@bunnylicioustreats.com, within 48hours of receiving your parcel. 

Change of Mind:

Please thoroughly read all of the details listed for each item and if you have any questions, please email info@bunnylicioustreats.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once you have placed your order, sales are final and there are no refunds for change of mind.

Customs Fees/ Fines:

Buyers are responsible for duties, customs fees or fines issued. Bunnylicious Treats take no responsibility for any charges relating to items seized or fines issued to the importer due to importing items that are not allowed in their state. We suggest that you check with the customs/quarantine department in your state to ensure our products are accepted to be imported, before you place an order.

Where are your treats made?

Our Treats are handmade in Adelaide! 

What is the shelf life on your treats?

We use best before dates for the shelf life of our treats. The best before dates vary between 2-4 months but if stored correctly, the treats can last well over our recommended best before dates. If you would like more information on a particular product's best before date, please email us at: info@bunnylicioustreats.com 

Why do you suggest starting with 1/2 a serve if my Rabbit/ Guinea Pig has not had the ingredients in the treats before?

We recommend introducing new ingredients to your Rabbit/Guinea Pig slowly and in small amounts, to avoid upsetting their digestive system and to keep their tummies happy!

Will the treats look exactly like the photos?

As all of our treats are made by hands they may vary slightly in shape, size and they may also vary in colour due to seasonal fresh produce but they will still have the same great taste enjoyed by many fur-babies!

Do you use frozen fruit/vegetables to make any treats? 

No, we purchase all of the fresh fruit and vegetables for our treats and use while the produce is fresh, so we don't freeze any fresh produce. Where we can, we also use locally sourced fruit & vegetables, and the hay that we use in our treats is locally sourced here in Adelaide.
