Items that are marked as 'preorder' will be posted on the 15th of November. 

If you purchase other item/s in the same transaction as your preorder item/s:

• If the postage rate is free- all of the items that you have ordered will all be posted together on the 15th of November. 
• If you have been charged a postage rate- the non-preorder items will be posted within 5 business days and your preorder item/s will be posted separately (no extra charge) on the 15th of November. 

Please note that all preorders are final and non-refundable for change of mind. 

While we do our best to have your preorder items to you as quickly as possible with offering express shipping, once we have handed your order over to the courier service, we have no control over delays on their end and therefore cannot guarantee that orders will arrive prior to 1st of December.
